Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Custom-cut or personalized wallpaper orders are non-returnable unless defective.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service team at violantezehe94564@gmx.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions within 24 hours.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
